To provide a door panel on which a guide body can be stably mounted and with which the size of a vertical frame along the door width direction can be reduced, and a sliding door device provided with the same.SOLUTION: A door panel 10A in which a plate-shaped member 11 is provided in a four-circumference frame 13, and is slidably suspended and supported by an upper rail 6 in the door width direction includes a guide body 37 which has a guide part 37a that is inserted into a downward opening guide groove 34 provided to extend in the door width direction at the lower end of a door panel 10B adjacent in the door thickness direction, and a mounted part 39 mounted on the lower end of the first end in the door width direction, and a guide mounting member 36 which is provided to be accommodated inside the first end in the door width direction of a hollow cylindrical lower frame 30, and on which a mounting hole 36f into which the mounted part is inserted via an insertion hole 30f provided on the lower frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
