To provide a protective cover for a running surface for protecting both temporary members and attached members at a building construction site.SOLUTION: A protective cover 10 for a running surface comprises: a cover body 13 having a top plate 14 covering a member to be protected and side plates 15, 16 provided on both sides of the top plate 14; tilting plates 11, 12 forming a running surface together with the top plate 14; mounting members mounting the tilting plates 11, 12 on a floor surface; and a storage tray 30 comprising support plates 31, 32 extending along the inside of the side plates 15, 16 and a bottom plate 33 integrated with the support plates 31, 32 and detachably arranged inside the cover body 13. A temporary member is stored in the storage tray 30, and an attached member is covered with the top plate 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
