To provide a construction method of an exterior building with improved construction quality in forming a layer having a resin-based material with fluidity cured on a surface of a jacket material of the building, and an exterior building.SOLUTION: A frame mold 60 is placed at an interval with a surface of a jacket material 20 fitted to a building skeleton, a filling agent with fluidity when uncured is filled between the surface of the jacket material and the frame mold and the frame mold is removed after the filling agent is cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
