To provide a construction method of an exterior building with improved construction quality in forming a layer having a resin-based material with fluidity cured on a surface of a jacket material of the building, and an exterior building.SOLUTION: A frame mold 60 is placed at an interval with a surface of a jacket material 20 fitted to a building skeleton, a filling agent with fluidity when uncured is filled between the surface of the jacket material and the frame mold and the frame mold is removed after the filling agent is cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】建物の外装材の表面に流動性を有する樹脂系材料を硬化させた層を形成する際の施工品質を向上した建物外装の施工方法及び建物外装を提供する。【解決手段】建物躯体に取り付けられた外装材２０の表面と間隔を隔てた状態で型枠６０を配置し、外装材の表面と型枠との間に未硬化時に流動性を有する充填剤を充填し、充填剤が硬化した後に型枠を除去する構成とする。【選択図】図４
