To perform insulation processing suitable for each part while sharing fixing brackets for fixing a waterproof sheet, at a plurality of parts on a roof.SOLUTION: A fixing bracket 1 for a roof waterproof sheet includes a base material 2, a coating layer 3 provided on the base material 2 and fused or welded to the waterproof sheet, and an insulating member 4 provided at a portion of the coating layer 3 corresponding to the terminal portion of the base material 2. The insulating member 4 has a non-fixed portion 4c that is not fixed to one end of the covering layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
