ELECTRIC SHUTTER
To provide an electric shutter capable of improving the workability of meshing a drive gear to a rack gear.SOLUTION: The electric shutter includes: a baseboard positioned on the bottom of a shutter curtain; a motor provided to the baseboard; a guide rail into which the edges of the width direction of the shutter curtain are inserted; a rack gear placed along the guide rail meshed with a drive gear that is driven by the motor drive to rotate; a drive shaft provided to the baseboard to be driven by the motor to rotate; a driven shaft provided to the baseboard to which the drive gear is fixed; a connecting unit that connects the drive shaft and the driven shaft in a switchable manner between a transmission position where the rotational drive of the motor is transmitted between the drive shaft and the driven shaft and a release position where the transmission of the rotational drive is released; and a switching unit that switches the connecting unit between the transmission position and the release position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
