REUSE METHOD OF LIME CAKE (HIGH WATER CONTENT CALCIUM CARBONATE) AND RECYCLE SYSTEM OF LIME CAKE (HIGH WATER CONTENT CALCIUM CARBONATE)
To provide a method and a recycle system for preventing a phenomenon that, on recycling a lime cake, calcium oxide outflowing from a firing furnace to a flue gas causes re-carbonization with carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas along with a temperature drop of the flue gas and a fastening trouble occurs in an exhaust gas passage.SOLUTION: A recycle system of a lime cake includes a lime cake drier for drying a high water content lime cake and a firing furnace for firing the lime cake for thermal decomposition to calcium oxide and carbon dioxide. A firing exhaust gas containing calcium oxide and carbon dioxide flown out from the firing furnace is introduced thereto. Water is sprayed to calcium oxide in the firing exhaust gas to form calcium hydroxide, then calcium hydroxide is recovered with water as a suspension.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ライムケーキをリサイクルする際に、焼成炉から燃焼排ガスに流出する酸化カルシウムが、燃焼排ガスの温度低下に伴って排ガス中の二酸化炭素との再炭酸化を生じ、排ガス系路に固着トラブルが生じる現象を防止する、方法およびリサイクルシステムを提供する。【解決手段】高含水ライムケーキを乾燥させるライムケーキ乾燥機と、ライムケーキを焼成して酸化カルシウム並びに二酸化炭素に熱分解する焼成炉と、該焼成炉から流出する酸化カルシウム並びに二酸化炭素を含んだ焼成排ガスが導入され、該焼成排ガス中の酸化カルシウムに対し、水を散布することにより水酸化カルシウムを生成して、水酸化カルシウムを水とともに懸濁液として回収する、ライムケーキのリサイクルシステム。【選択図】図２
