To provide a technique capable of appropriately specifying a parking position of a parked vehicle to which a user desires to supply power without newly providing a specific device in the vehicle when power is supplied to the parked vehicle by a mobile power supply device in response to a power supply request by the user.SOLUTION: When a power supply request is received by a reception system 50, a control system 40 reads the parked-vehicle information about a license plate number designated in the power supply request from a storage device and determines a parking position P1 included in the read parked-vehicle information as a power-supplying target position P2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
