To provide a door handle structure that can be installed on doors of various thicknesses and improve security while avoiding an increase in the number of parts to be assembled.SOLUTION: A door handle structure includes a pair of pedestals, at least one connecting shaft, a pair of rotors, a pair of handles, and a pair of joining members. The pair of pedestals are plate-shaped, have an engaged portion, and are secured to a door on both sides of the door. The at least one connecting shaft connects the pair of pedestals to each other and secures them to the door. The pair of rotors are rotatably supported by the pair of pedestals. The pair of joining members are plate-shaped and slidably attached to the rotors in a direction intersecting the rotary axis center of the rotors to join the handles to the rotors. The pair of joining members have a facing surface facing the door, which faces fastener, and an attaching portion of an engaging member. The engaging member engages with the engaged portion in one of the pair of pedestals to fasten the joining member in a non-slidable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
