To provide an outdoor receptacle which can prevent power theft, and can avoid a situation in which the receptacle cannot be used due to loss of a key.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: An outdoor receptacle 1 comprises a rotational dial type key 20 which is provided into a case body 2 of the outdoor receptacle, and can be locked and unlocked by a dial rotational operation from an external part. The rotational dial type key 20 contains a movable member 21 that is recovered to a first posture state when the key is in unlocked, and is moved to a second posture state when the key becomes a locked state. A disturbing part 42 of a tip end of the movable member 21 moving to the second posture state is displaced to a position disturbing an insertion of a male contact while being not contacted with female contacts 10 and 11 in a gap between the tip ends of the female contacts 10 and 11 on the front side and insertion ports 3 and 4 on the front side. The disturbing part 42 of the tip end of the movable member 21 recovering in the first posture state is displaced to a position not disturbing the contact of the male contact with the female contacts 10 and 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
