To develop an anchor bolt that combines good points of hammering-in types with good points of chemical injection types and also has increased adhesive strength.SOLUTION: A common point between current hammering-in types and chemical injection types is that anchor strength is produced only by contact pressure between a side wall of a vertical hole and an anchor body or a chemical body after the vertical hole is drilled. In this invention, after drilling the vertical hole for anchor bolt insertion, a chemical glass tube is placed at the bottom of the vertical hole for anchor bolt insertion, over which a guided anchor opening auxiliary base is placed, and a side grip anchor body is lowered while rotating it with a vibration drill. The chemical glass tube is broken and chemical solution flows out. As the anchor is lowered further, the side grip anchor body bites into the guided anchor opening auxiliary base, and the tip of the side grip anchor body is pushed open to drill the vertical hole wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】打ち込み式の良い点と、薬液注入式の良い点を併せ持ち、更に接着強度を高めたアンカーボルトを開発することが課題です。【解決手段】現在の打ち込み式と薬液注入式で共通な点は、縦孔を削り、その縦孔の側壁とアンカー本体や薬液本体との接触圧のみで、アンカー強度を出しています。本発明は、アンカーボルト挿入用縦孔を開削後、前記アンカーボルト挿入用縦孔の底部に薬液ガラス管を置き、その上にガイド付きアンカー開補助基台を設置し、振動ドリルで回転させながら、サイドグリップアンカー本体を降ろして行きます。薬液ガラス管は、破損し薬液が、流出します。さらに降ろして行くと、ガイド付きアンカー開補助基台にサイドグリップアンカー本体が、食い込んでいき、サイドグリップアンカー本体の先端が、押し広げられ、縦孔壁面を掘削します。【選択図】 図2
