To provide an office space which can achieve both health maintenance of staffs and improvement of productivity, and can achieve comfort sleep at night of the staffs.SOLUTION: An office space according to an embodiment is an office space 1 where staffs M1 and M2 use. The office space 1 includes: a plurality of devices 10 including illumination devices 11 for emitting light L and air conditioners 12 for blowing air; seats 20 on which the staffs M1 and M2 seat; sensors 71 for detecting the staffs M1 and M2 seating on the seats 20; a device control unit for controlling at least any one of the plurality of devices 10 on the basis of a detection result of the sensor 71; an advice generation unit for generating an advice for sleep on the basis of the detection result of the sensor 71; and an information output unit for outputting the advice generated by the advice generation unit to information terminals 80 possessed by the staffs M1 and M2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
