WATER LEVEL PREDICTION DEVICE AND WATER LEVEL PREDICTION PROGRAM
To select a water level prediction model in such a manner that generalization performance in the neighborhood of a water level peak becomes high, when predicting with high accuracy a water level of a river and the like (in particular, the neighborhood of the water level peak which becomes issuing reference for evacuation advice and the like) using machine learning.SOLUTION: A water level prediction device W includes: a model construction part 1 for constructing a plurality of water level prediction models M1 and the like using a plurality of types of data L1 for training and the like for water level learning, or using a plurality of types of learning models having different model structures; and a model selection part 2 for selecting the water level prediction model M1 and the like (in which a prediction error in the neighborhood of the water level peak is the smallest) for performing prediction which further satisfies the issuing reference, by inputting data V for verification for verifying the water level prediction model M1 and the like into the plurality of types of data L1 for training and the like or into the plurality of water level prediction models M1 and the like constructed using the learning model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本開示は、機械学習を用いて、河川等の水位(特に、避難勧告等の発令基準となる水位ピーク付近)を高精度に予測するにあたり、水位ピーク付近の汎化性能が高くなるように、水位予測モデルを選定することを目的とする。【解決手段】本開示は、水位学習のための複数種類の訓練用データL1等を用いて、又は、モデル構造の異なる複数種類の学習モデルを用いて、複数の水位予測モデルM1等を構築するモデル構築部1と、水位予測モデルM1等の検証のための検証用データVを、複数種類の訓練用データL1等又は学習モデルを用いて構築された複数の水位予測モデルM1等に入力し、より発令基準を満たす予測を行う(水位ピーク付近の予測誤差が最も小さい)水位予測モデルM1等を選定するモデル選定部2と、を備えることを特徴とする水位予測装置Wである。【選択図】図1
