To improve the workability of assembling a cushioning member on a door frame.SOLUTION: A jig 9 including a first straight section 90, a second straight section 91, and a corner section 94 of the first straight section 90 and the second straight section 91, and formed with a first recessed groove 92 and a second recessed groove 93 is prepared, end faces 700, 800, 810 are held in a close contact manner by an adhesive after fitting a first buffer member 7A into the first recess groove 92, a second buffer member 7B into the second recess groove 93, and a third buffer member 8 into the recess groove of the corner section 94, and a cushioning members 7', which are integrated by bonding the end faces 700, 800, and 810 to each other, is removed from the jig 9 after the adhesive has cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】ドア枠に設けられる緩衝部材の組立作業の作業性を向上させる。【解決手段】第１直線部位９０、第２直線部位９１、第１直線部位９０と第２直線部位９１の角部９４を備えており、第１凹溝９２、第２凹溝９３が形成されている治具９を用意し、第１凹溝９２に第１緩衝部材７Ａ、第２凹溝９３に第２緩衝部材７Ｂ、角部９４の凹溝に第３緩衝部材８を嵌め込んで、端面７００、８００、８１０同士を接着剤を介して密着させた状態で保持し、前記接着剤の硬化後、端面７００、８００、８１０同士が接着されて一体化された緩衝部材７´を治具９から取り外す。【選択図】図７
