To provide a ventilation and infiltration water vein planting system that is installed where the ground environment is equipped with a soil ventilation and infiltration drainage construction system.SOLUTION: Provided is a ventilation and infiltration water vein planting system that uses at least a concrete structure and secures a water or air passage, comprising: a concrete structure formed in the target area of the ventilation and infiltration water vein planting system S; a planting civil engineering structure having a hurdle structure at least partially formed in the vicinity of the concrete structure; a conducting portion formed in a part of the concrete structure located at least on the ground side and guiding water and air into the ground; an elongated groove portion formed in the part of or near the concrete structure in communication with a portion other than the concrete structure as a water or air passage different from the conducting portion; a passage formed by connecting the conducting portion and the groove portion so that water and air can flow, and thereby ensured water and air flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
