The building body 2 comprises a first outer wall 16 facing the piloti space sp, a second outer wall 17 facing the piloti space SP and intersecting with the first outer wall 16, and a piloti column 14 standing away from the first outer wall 16 and the second outer wall 17 and supporting the roof 3.
