METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CARBON DIOXIDE GAS FIXATION CONCRETE
To provide a method for manufacturing carbon dioxide gas fixation concrete which suppresses time constraint and place constraint for carbon dioxide gas fixation compared to a conventional method, and can increase the amount of carbon dioxide gas capable of being fixed.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing carbon dioxide gas fixation concrete that is a method for manufacturing carbon dioxide gas fixation concrete in which a predetermined amount of carbon dioxide gas is fixed to concrete includes: a fresh concrete manufacturing step of manufacturing fresh concrete; a prior-to-placing carbon dioxide gas fixing step of collectively supplying γ-C2S and dry ice to the fresh concrete manufactured in the fresh concrete manufacturing step and stirring the mixture, at a placing site, and obtaining carbon dioxide gas fixation fresh concrete in which the carbon dioxide gas is fixed to the fresh concrete; and a post-placing concrete curing step of placing the carbon dioxide gas fixation fresh concrete obtained in the prior-to-placing carbon dioxide gas fixing step and curing the carbon dioxide gas fixation fresh concrete, and obtaining carbon dioxide gas fixation concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来に比べて、炭酸ガス固定の時間的制約および場所的制約が抑制され、固定化できる炭酸ガスの量を増加できる炭酸ガス固定化コンクリートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の炭酸ガス固定化コンクリートの製造方法は、コンクリートに所定量の炭酸ガスが固定されている炭酸ガス固定化コンクリートの製造方法であって、フレッシュコンクリートを製造するフレッシュコンクリート製造工程と、打設現場において、前記フレッシュコンクリート製造工程で製造した前記フレッシュコンクリートにγ－Ｃ２Ｓとドライアイスとをまとめて供給して撹拌し、前記フレッシュコンクリートに炭酸ガスを固定化した炭酸ガス固定化フレッシュコンクリートを得る打設前炭酸ガス固定化工程と、前記打設前炭酸ガス固定化工程で得た前記炭酸ガス固定化フレッシュコンクリートを打設して硬化させ、炭酸ガス固定化コンクリートを得る打設後コンクリート硬化工程とを有する。【選択図】図１
