To provide a tool and method for efficiently installing a plurality of threaded fastening tools with a high accurate optimum coupling angle.SOLUTION: An elongated adapter has a proximal end and a distal end, a driving device which generates torque that is mounted on a first end part of the elongated adapter, and a torque transmission unit that engages the elongated adapter and the driving device to transmit the torque generated by the driving device to a fastening tool. A fastening tool installation tool 100 that engages the distal end of the elongated adapter comprises a first member in which the first member further has a distal end, two projecting elements that can be positioned in a plane, and a channel 115 between the projecting elements, at least one of the first members has a notch 117 at a distal end 4 on the side facing the channel, and a positioning member 120 formed integrally with the first member, and the positioning member has a linear marker on a first side, angled markers 142, 144 on a second side, and a rocker 130 that can be positioned between the angled marker and the channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
