REINFORCING CORE MATERIAL FOR SMALL-DIAMETER CAST-IN-PLACE PILE, AND FORMING METHOD OF ROLLING SCREW
To provide a joint structure of a reinforcing core material for a small-diameter cast-in-place pile and a forming method of a rolling screw which enables screw processing to a base material of a reinforcing core material which is thin and has a low roundness.SOLUTION: In a reinforcing core material 30 for a small-diameter cast-in-place pile made of a steel pipe in which a plurality of depressions 32 is formed in a pipe circumferential direction and a pipe axial direction on an outer peripheral surface of a pipe body 31, the pipe body 31 has a rolling screw portion 33 on the outer peripheral surface of both ends of a steel pipe with a recessed portion having a diameter of 48.6 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. Shapes of a peak portion 34 and a valley portion 35 of the rolling screw portion 33 have a combination different from each other. A curvature of an inwardly curved flank surface 34a of the peak portion 34 and a curvature of an inwardly recessed curved surface 35a of the valley portion 35 are different from each other, and a curvature of one of the peak portion 34 and the valley portion 35 is set to 1 mm, and a curvature of the other of the peak portion 34 and the valley portion 35 is set to 2 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】薄肉で真円度の低い補強芯材の母材に対してネジ加工を可能とする、小口径場所打ち杭用補強芯材の接合構造および転造ネジの成形方法を提供すること。【解決手段】管本体31の外周面に管円周方向および管軸方向に沿って複数の窪み部32を形成した鋼管製の小口径場所打ち杭用の補強芯材30であって、管本体31は直径48.6mm、厚さ6mmの窪み部付き鋼管の両端部の外周面に転造ネジ部33を有し、転造ネジ部33の山部34と谷部35の形状を異なる組合せとし、山部34の内側に湾曲したフランク面34aの曲率と、内側に窪んだ谷部35の湾曲面34aの曲率が互いに異なり、山部34と谷部35の何れか一方の曲率を1mmとし、山部34と谷部35の何れか他方の曲率を2mmとした。【選択図】図3
