CONNECTING FIXTURE AND GRATING USING THE SAME
To provide a connecting fixture and a grating using the fixture, which is easy to insert and remove by hand even with a simple configuration, and can securely connect between adjacent grating main bars.SOLUTION: A connecting fixture 1 used for connecting a main bar having a step portion and a supporting leg formed on a side surface with an engaging hole that hangs down from the step portion and into which the connecting fixture 1 can be inserted comprises an intermediate shaft portion 11 that is thinner than the hole shape of the engaging hole and has a predetermined length, a first connecting portion 12 provided on one axial end side of the intermediate shaft portion, and a second connecting portion 13 provided on the other axial end side of the intermediate shaft portion. The first connecting portion 12 (the second connecting portion 13 having the same structure) has substantially the same shape as the engaging hole when viewed from the distal direction with the intermediate shaft portion 11 facing in the opposite direction, is slightly smaller in external dimension than the internal dimension of the engaging hole, and is provided with hanging portions 123 and 133 in the area between the middle in the axial direction and the intermediate shaft portion, which can be hung with the bore edge of the engaging hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構造でありながら手作業での挿脱が容易であり、隣り合うグレーチング用メインバーの間を確実に連結できる連結具及びこれを使用したグレーチングを提供する。【解決手段】連結具１は、踏部と該踏部から垂下して連結具１を嵌挿可能な掛合穴が側面に形成された支脚部を有するメインバーの連結に使用でき、同掛合穴の穴形よりも細軸状で所定長さの中間軸部１１、同中間軸部の軸方向一端側に配設した第１連結部１２及び同中間軸部の軸方向他端側に配設した第２連結部１３を備える。第１連結部１２（同構造の第２連結部１３）は、中間軸部１１を反対方向とする先端方向視で掛合穴と略同形状であり、その外形寸法が同掛合穴の内形寸法よりも僅かに小さく形成され、軸方向中間から中間軸部との間の領域に、同掛合穴の穴縁部と掛止可能な掛止部１２３・１３３が設けられている。【選択図】図１
