SAND DRYING SYSTEM, AND SAND DRYING METHOD
To provide a sand drying system and a sand drying method that can be relatively easily adopted and can efficiently dry sand.SOLUTION: The sand drying system comprises a hot air generation furnace 2 generating hot air by self-burning of wood fuel and first and second sand dryers 3 and 4 for drying wet sand, which are juxtaposed, in a crushing plant, with a hot air extraction duct 21 provided on the hot air generation furnace 2, being connected to one end of a first drum 19 of the first sand dryer 3, an exhaust duct 25 being connected to the other end thereof, and a heat exchanger 5 being interposed midway in the first exhaust duct 25 to exchange heat between exhaust coming out of the first drum 19 of the first sand dryer 3 and outdoor air supplied by a blower 32 for supplying outdoor air to heat the outdoor air using latent condensation heat of steam included in the exhaust upon condensation, is characterized by comprising a supply duct 34 that introduces outdoor air heated by the heat exchanger 5 into a second drum 20 of the second sand dryer 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 比較的採用がし易く、かつ効率よく砂の乾燥処理ができる砂乾燥システム及び砂乾燥方法を提供する。【解決手段】 砕石工場に、木質燃料を自燃させることで熱風を発生させる熱風発生炉2と、湿潤した砂を乾燥処理する第一及び第二の砂ドライヤ3、4とを並設し、前記第一の砂ドライヤ3の第一のドラム19一端部には前記熱風発生炉2に備えた熱風導出ダクト21を連結する一方、他端部には第一の排気ダクト25を備える。また、前記第一の排気ダクト25の途中には、前記第一の砂ドライヤ3の第一のドラム19から導出する排ガスと、外気供給用の送風機32から供給される外気とを熱交換させ、前記排ガス中に含まれる水蒸気が凝縮する際の凝縮潜熱を利用して前記外気を加熱する熱交換器5を介在させ、前記熱交換器5にて加熱した外気を前記第二の砂ドライヤ4の第二のドラム20内へ導入する供給ダクト34を備える。【選択図】 図1
