STIRRING SYSTEM AND STIRRING METHOD
To provide a stirring system and a stirring method capable of appropriately stirring muddy water and an injection material in a burying hole when backfilling the burying hole.SOLUTION: A stirring system for stirring an injection material injected into a burying hole and muddy water in the burying hole which is a hole after a buried pile buried in the ground is pulled out includes: a suction device 10 sucking the muddy water and feeding the muddy water to a cyclone 40; and the cyclone 40 returning the sucked muddy water to the burying hole. The suction device 10 is composed of a cylindrical housing, has a jet ejection portion that ejects water upward by a first angle and an air ejection portion that ejects air upward by a second angle, and sucks the muddy water in the burying hole by a rising vortex generated by the water ejected by the jet ejection portion and the air ejected by the air ejection portion to pull it up to an upper part of the housing and transfer it to the cyclone 40. The cyclone 40 removes air from the muddy water received from the suction device 10 and returns it to the burying hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】埋設孔の埋め戻しにおいて、埋設孔内の泥水と注入物を適切に攪拌することができる攪拌システム及び攪拌方法を提供する。【解決手段】地中に埋設した埋設杭を引き抜いた後の穴である埋設孔において、前記埋設孔に注入した注入物と前記埋設孔内の泥水とを攪拌するシステムであって、泥水を吸引しサイクロン40に送出する吸引装置10と、吸引した泥水を、前記埋設孔に戻す前記サイクロン40と、を有する攪拌システムであって、前記吸引装置10は、筒状の筐体で構成され、第1角度上方に水を噴出するジェット噴出部と、第2角度上方に空気を噴出するエアー噴出部を有し、前記ジェット噴出部が噴出した水及び前記エアー噴出部が噴出した空気によって生成される上昇渦で埋設孔内の泥水を吸引し、前記筐体の上部に引き上げ、前記サイクロン40に引き渡し、前記サイクロン40は、前記吸引装置10から受け取った泥水から空気を除去し、前記埋設孔に戻す。【選択図】図1
