HINGE DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS USING THE HINGE DEVICE
To provide a hinge device capable of opening a second housing with respect to a first housing from a closing position by one hand.SOLUTION: A hinge device is provided with a friction torque generation mechanism that has a leaf spring 41 and a friction washer on a hinge shaft 30 fixed to a second bracket 20 on a second housing side and rotatably coupled with a first bracket 10 on a first housing, and a rotation energization mechanism 60 for rotation energizing in a closing direction from a predetermined closing angle of both housings. The mechanism 60 engages with the first bracket 10, and is provided with rotary cam washers 62 and 63 with cam projecting portions 72A and 72B which are press-contacted on both sides of a fixing cam washer 61 with cam recessed portions 64A and 64B in circumferential directions of both surfaces by the leaf spring 41, and fall in the cam recessed portions by their rotation angle. By deviating an installation position of the cam projecting portion 72B in a circumferential direction and sequentially falling each cam projecting portion in each recessed portion from a predetermined closing angle of both housings, the housings are automatically closed to keep the closing state. When opening both housings, each cam projecting portion escapes from the cam recessed portion to ease rotation torque at opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】第1筐体に対して第2筐体を閉成位置から片手で開成可能なヒンジ装置の提供。【解決手段】ヒンジ装置は、第2筐体側の第2ブラケット20に固定され、第1筐体側の第1ブラケット10を回転可能に連結したヒンジシャフト30に、皿バネ41とフリクションワッシャを有するフリクショントルク発生機構と、両筐体の所定閉成角度から閉成方向へ回転付勢させる回転付勢機構60を設ける。機構60は、第1ブラケット10に係合し、両面の周方向にカム凹部64A,64Bを有する固定カムワッシャ61の両側に、皿バネ41で圧接し、各カム凹部にその回転角度により落ち込むカム凸部72A,72Bを有する回転カムワッシャ62,63を設け、カム凸部72Bの設置位置を円周方向へずらし、両筐体の所定閉成角度から各カム凸部が順次各凹部に落ち込むことで自動閉成させて閉成状態を維持させ、両筐体を開く際、各カム凸部が順次カム凹部から脱出して開成時の回転トルクを和らげる。【選択図】図4
