To provide an apparatus attachment unit which can be easily attached to an apparatus target device or can be easily removed from an apparatus target device.SOLUTION: The present invention includes a body part 2, which can be attached to an attachment target unit operated by an inclination of an operation lever A and is attached to the attachment target apparatus. The body part 2 includes: a driving unit 22 for generating driving force; a main shaft 211, inclined by receiving the driving force of the driving unit 22; and a lever-side connection unit 213 for connecting the main shaft 211 and the operational lever A to each other so that the inclination of the operational lever A is connected to the inclination of the main shaft 211.
