STIFFENING STRUCTURE
To integrate a pair of stiffeners by exhibiting a stiffening effect for suppressing buckling of a compression steel material while reducing an installation space and simplifying a structure.SOLUTION: A stiffening structure comprises: a compression steel material 5 that receives a compression force; and a pair of wooden stiffeners 6 arranged to hold the compression steel material 5 between both sides in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the compression steel material 5. The stiffeners 6 are provided with a stiffening/integration function part 7 having both a stiffening function part that exhibits a stiffening effect of suppressing buckling of the compression steel material 5 by the stiffeners 6 and an integration function part that integrates the stiffeners 6 without receiving an axial force of the compression steel material 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
