To provide a dust collection mechanism 50 of a construction machine which can remove foreign objects included in cooling air while securing a flow rate of the cooling air sufficiently.SOLUTION: A dust collection mechanism 50 includes multiple panel members 60 forming multiple air passages 54. Each of the panel members 60 has: a direction change part 64 which changes an air flow direction; and a space defining part 66 which defines a dust collecting space 68 at the downstream side of the direction change part 64. Each of the air passages 54 has a shape such that a direction of air flowing through the air passage 54 includes a vector component in a forward direction Dn at an arbitrary spot in the air passage 54 extending from an intake port to a cooler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
