UPPER SURFACE RAIN PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR BUILDING UNIT
To provide an upper surface rain prevention structure for building unit preventing rainwater infiltration while capable of lifting the building unit without rolling up the tarpaulin.SOLUTION: There is provided with an upper surface rain prevention structure for a building unit 2. An elongated draining sheet 13 is provided for covering an elongated unwaterproofed portion 12 formed along the upper edge 11 of the building unit 2. In the draining sheet 13, notches 25 are formed near both ends 14 and a height difference is formed so that the intermediate portion 26 between the cuts 25 is higher than the upper edge 11 with respect to the unwaterproofed portion 12 and both ends 14 have the same height as the upper edge 11. Under the draining sheet 13, a local cover 43 is provided around the notches 25 to partially protect the non-waterproof portion 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
【課題】主に、防水シートをまくり上げなくても建物ユニットを吊上げられるようにしつつ雨水の浸入を防止できるようにする。【解決手段】建物ユニット2の上面雨仕舞構造に関する。建物ユニット2の上縁部11に沿って形成された細長い未防水部分12を覆う細長い水切シート13が設けられ、水切シート13は、両端部14の近傍に切込部25が設けられて、未防水部分12に対し、切込部25間の中間部26が上縁部11よりも高くなり、両端部14が上縁部11と同じ高さの部分を有するように高低差が形成され、水切シート13の下には、切込部25の周辺に、未防水部分12を局部的に保護する局部カバー43が設けられている。【選択図】図4A
