To provide a lighting control window which changes light transmittance depending on the glare which an individual user feels.SOLUTION: A window 10 can control light transmittance, by a bonding dimming film 10b which can control the light transmittance to a window main body 10a. Then, a camera as a detection unit 20 photographs facial expression and gestures of a user U. Then, on the basis of the photographing screen, a determination unit 30 determines presence/absence of the glare which the user is feeling. 【課題】個々の利用者が感じる眩しさに応じて光透過率を変更する採光制御窓を提供すること。【解決手段】窓本体１０ａに光の透過率を制御できる調光フィルム１０ｂを貼り合せて、光の透過率を制御できる窓１０とする。そして、検出部２０としてのカメラで利用者Ｕの顔の表情や仕草を撮影する。そして、この撮影画面に基づいて、判定部３０で、利用者の感じている眩しさの有無を判断する。利用者が眩しさを感じていると判断した場合には、制御部４０を通じて、窓１０の光透過率を制御変更する。【選択図】図１
