To provide a bathroom ventilation structure that can restrain gas from flowing from the dressing room side to the bathroom side.SOLUTION: A bathroom ventilation structure 7 is fitted to a fixture 1 that comprises a frame body 2 including a sill 22 and sashes 3, 4 arranged inside the frame body 2. The sill 22 comprises: a sill body 5; a sill upper member 6 arranged in the upper side of the sill body 5; a ventilation passage 71 which, being arranged between the sill body 5 and the sill upper member 6, makes the bathroom and the dressing room communicate with each other and has an opening 712 that is open upwards; at least one sheet of blades 72, 73 that is arranged in the ventilation passage 71; and a movable closing member 9 that is arranged below the opening 712 of the ventilation passage 71 and is movable to a closed position to close the ventilation passage 71 or to an open position to open the ventilation passage 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
