To provide an outrigger device which can be configured in a limited space and set to an overhang width according to the usage condition of a construction machine.SOLUTION: Outrigger boxes 34 having rotation shafts 35 of outrigger arms 32 provided on both sides in a machine body width direction are fixed to a lower surface of a rear end of a machine body frame 25 of an upper revolving body. Outrigger jacks 19R, 19R can be set and held at three positions, namely, a tension width reduction position (MID) where central axes are arranged in alignment with a width of the upper revolving body at an inside position of a revolving trajectory line L1, a tension width expansion position (MAX) where the central axes are arranged apart from each other maximally in the machine body width direction at an outside position of the revolving trajectory line L1, and a retracted position (MIN) where the central axes are arranged within the width of the upper revolving body at the outside position of the revolving trajectory line L1, in order from the front side to the rear side in a longitudinal direction of the machine body, by moving arcuately on a rotation trajectory line L2. Outrigger holding means consists of a pin coupling structure capable of selectively holding the outrigger jacks in one of the three positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】限られたスペースの中で構成しつつ、建設機械の使用状態に応じた張り出し幅に設定可能なアウトリガ装置を提供する。【解決手段】機体幅方向両側部にアウトリガアーム32の回動軸35を備えたアウトリガボックス34は、上部旋回体の機体フレーム25の後端部下面に固設され、アウトリガジャッキ19R,19Rは、回動軌跡線L2上を円弧移動することで、機体前後方向の前方側から後方側に向かって順に、中心軸同士が旋回軌跡線L1の内側位置で上部旋回体の幅に合わせて配される張り幅縮小位置(MID)と、旋回軌跡線L1の外側位置で機体幅方向に最大に離間して配される張り幅拡大位置(MAX)と、旋回軌跡線L1の外側位置で上部旋回体の幅内に収めて配される格納位置(MIN)との3位置に設定・保持可能とされ、アウトリガ保持手段は、アウトリガジャッキを前記3位置のうちのいずれかの位置に選択的に保持可能なピン結合構造からなる。【選択図】図6
