To maintain a strong fixed state even when a stairway is fixed to a skeleton via a fire resistant coating material.SOLUTION: A construction method of a stairway room SR having a stairway 1 connecting upper and lower floors includes: a sticking step of sticking a fire resistant coating material 5 on a surface of a skeleton constituting the stairway room SR; an attaching step of attaching a reinforcing plate 6 for reinforcing the fire resistant coating material 5; and a stairway fixing step of fixing the stairway 1 to the skeleton by driving a fixing material 7 toward the skeleton from the stairway 1 side via the fire resistant coating material 5 and the reinforcing plate 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】耐火被覆材を介して躯体に対し階段を固定する場合であっても、強固な固定状態を維持できるようにする。【解決手段】上下階を接続する階段１を備える階段室ＳＲの施工方法において、階段室ＳＲを構成する躯体の表面に耐火被覆材５を張り付ける張付工程と、耐火被覆材５を補強するための補強プレート６を取り付ける取付工程と、階段１を、躯体に対し、階段１側から耐火被覆材５及び補強プレート６を介して躯体に向かって固定材７を打ち込むことで固定する階段固定工程と、を有する。【選択図】図６
