PUSH-UP METHOD OF REINFORCEMENT MATERIAL AND PUSH-UP FIXING DEVICE
To provide a method and a device capable of performing a work for pushing up and fixing a reinforcement material into a hollow columnar object more easily than before.SOLUTION: A push-up fixing device 1 comprises: a fixed blade 10 having vanes 12, 13 extending diagonally downward from a central part 11; a core rod 20 hanging from the central part 11 of the fixed blade; a reaction force generation member 30 inserted loosely into the core rod 20; a support nut 40 applying an upward pressure to the reaction force generation member 30 by being screwed with the core rod 20, supporting the reaction force generation member 30 from downward and rotating; a reinforcement material holding member 50 supported by the support nut 40 with the reaction force generation member 30; and a push-up rod 60 for rotating the support nut 40 by abutting onto the support nut 40 from downward and being rotated with the core rod 20 as a rotational axis. An outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical reinforcement material is wrapped and held to the reinforcement material holding member 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】中空柱状物の中に補強材を押し上げて固定する作業を従来よりも簡単に行える方法と装置を提案する。【解決手段】押上固定装置1は、中央部11から斜め下向きに延出した翼部12,13を備えた固定刃10と、固定刃の中央部11から垂下する芯棒20と、芯棒20に緩挿された反力発生部材30と、芯棒20に螺合して反力発生部材30を下から支持し且つ回転させることで反力発生部材30に上向圧力を加える支持ナット40と、反力発生部材30と共に支持ナット40で支持される補強材保持部材50と、支持ナット40に下から当接し且つ芯棒20を回転軸として回転操作されることで支持ナット40を回す押上棒60とを有する。補強材保持部材50に、筒状の補強材が外周面を巻き付けて保持される。【選択図】図1
