FIREPROOF STAIR FORMED BY FILLING CRUMBLY MORTAR IN BOX-TYPE STEEL PLATE MATERIAL
To provide a fireproof stair quickly and easily formed with inexpensive construction cost, by filling crumbly mortar in a box-type steel plate material.SOLUTION: In a fireproof stair, a box-type steel plate material 3 of the stair is formed by bending a steel plate 1 into a box type providing an opening 2 at an upper part. A box-type tread material A is formed by opening multiple screw holes 5 by placing a reinforcement plate 4 to a wall fixing part of the box-type material 3 and fixing a reinforcement material 6 having multiple holes on a bottom plate. By using multiple box-type tread materials A, the stair of the box-type tread materials A is formed by fixing the wall fixing part of each of the box-type tread material A to the wall with machine screws 7. Crumbly mortar 8 is filled into the box-type tread materials A. A top level is leveled by using a trowel 9, and a stair C of the fireproof structure is formed by solidification of the crumbly mortar 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】本発明は、迅速且つ容易に造れて工事費も安価に造れる、鋼板の箱型板材内にバサモルタルを充填して造る耐火階段を提供する。【解決手段】鋼板1で上部に開口部2を設けて箱型に曲げ加工して成る階段の箱型材3、該箱型材3の壁固定部に補強板4を添え固定して複数のビス穴5を開けて、底板の上に複数の穴を設けた補強材6を固定して成る箱型段板材A、該箱型段板材Aを複数用いて、該箱型段板材A各々の前記壁固定部をビス7で壁に固定して箱型段板材Aの階段を成し、前記箱型段板材A内にバサモルタル8を充填して、天端を鏝9で均してバサモルタル8の凝固によって耐火構造の階段Cを形成することを特徴とする鋼板の箱型板材内にバサモルタルを充填して造る耐火階段。【選択図】 図7
