ADDITIVE AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME, MINERAL BINDER COMPOSITION, METHOD OF ACCELERATING HARDENING OF MINERAL BINDER COMPOSITION, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING MINERAL BINDER COMPOSITION HAVING FLUIDITY
To provide a hardening accelerator.SOLUTION: The additive of accelerating the hardening of a mineral binder composition, includes a copolymer component and an accelerator component, with the copolymer component including components (A) and (B), and optionally and selectively a component (C). The component (A) is an ester compound obtained by adding 0 to 10 moles of 2-4C alkylene oxide to one mole of at least one kind of compounds represented by a formula (1): RO-(AO)n-H (in the formula, R is a 1-12C alkyl group, A is a 2-4C alkylene group, and n is an integer from 0 to 7), and subsequently allowing the obtained adduct to react with an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid. with the chemical compound represented by the formula (1) containing a component compound with n of 3 or less, in the amount of 5 mass% or less relative to the total mass of the compound represented by the formula (1). The component (B) is an additional α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or salts thereof. The component (C) optionally and selectively is a copolymer obtained from the reaction of at least one kind of copolymerizable monomers or salts thereof. The accelerator component includes a) at least one kind of thiocyanates, especially sodium thiocyanate, b) at least one kind of nitrates, especially calcium nitrate, and c) at least one kind of alkanolamines, especially N-methyldiethanolamine.SELECTED DRAWING: None
