To provide a ground improvement body which can further reduce a settlement and an improvement volume, compared to a conventional ground improvement body including a lattice-like improvement body.SOLUTION: A ground improvement body 1 is composed of a horizontal plate-like upper improvement body 2, and a lattice-like lower improvement body 3. The depth of the lower improvement body 3 becomes gradually deeper toward the central part of the ground improvement body 2 from the outer peripheral part of the ground improvement body 1. Thereby, the ground contact pressure of the ground improvement body 1 is balanced between the outer peripheral part and the central part. Compared to a conventional ground improvement body including a lattice-like improvement body, an absolute settlement can be suppressed, a relative settlement is decreased, which can alleviate differential settlement. Moreover, the volume of the ground improvement body 1 can be reduced, which can reduce construction cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
【課題】従来の格子状改良体を含む地盤改良体と比較して、沈下量及び改良体積を一層低減できる地盤改良体を提供する。【解決手段】地盤改良体1は、水平板状の上部改良体2と格子状の下部改良体3とからなる。下部改良体3の深さを、地盤改良体1の外周部から地盤改良体2の中央部に向かって段階的に深くする。それにより、地盤改良体1の接地圧を外周部と中央部とで均衡させる。従来の格子状改良体を含む地盤改良体と比較して、絶対沈下量を抑制できるとともに、相対沈下量が小さくなるので不同沈下を緩和できる。その上、地盤改良体1の体積を小さくできるので、施工コストを低減できる。【選択図】図2B
