To provide a raising method for moving a house body of an existing house to a higher position improved so as to prevent the ground from being softened and weakened at a low cost and in a short construction period.SOLUTION: A house body 1 to be raised is provided with a feeding pipe and a drain pipe. The house body 1 is moved outside of the site, after the feeding pipe and the drain pipe are cut under a floor. Then, after the feeding pipe and the drain pipe are extended, a concrete retaining wall 11 is constructed, pumice and the other lightweight filling material are filled therein, and a lid member 15 in a plate shape is further provided on the retaining wall 11. The house body 1 is placed on the lid member 15 again. Each of the extended feeding pipe and the extended drain pipe is connected to the house body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】既存の家屋における家屋本体を高い位置に移動させるための嵩上げ工法を、低コストで工期が短く、また、地盤の軟弱化を招きにくいように改良する。【解決手段】嵩上げの対象となる家屋本体1は、給水管と排水管を備える。家屋本体1は、給水管と排水管を床下で切断してから、敷地外に移される。その後、給水管と排水管を延長した後、コンクリート製の擁壁11を作り、その内部に軽石その他の軽量盛土材を充填し、擁壁11の上に更に板状の蓋材15を設ける。家屋本体1は蓋材15の上に再度乗せられる。延長された給水管と排水管はそれぞれ、家屋本体1に接続される。【選択図】図10
