POLE SIDE BINDING DEVICE AND POLE USING THE SAME
To provide a pole side binding device capable of setting heights of adjacent scaffold members equal and a pole using the same.SOLUTION: A pole side binding device 11 fitted and fixed to a pipe material 12 of a pole 10 comprises a continuous latch part 13 arranged by coupling first and second latch metal fittings 15, 16 which can be fitted and fixed at 0 degree and 90 degree positions and a continuous latch part 14 arranged by coupling third and fourth latch metal fittings 17, 18 which can be fitted and fixed at 180 degree and 270 degree positions at a circumference section at a same height as the pipe material 12, and a width of opening side both ends 25-28 of lateral wall parts 20, 21, 23, 24 of the latch metal fittings 15-18 taper gradually toward an outer peripheral surface of the pipe material 12, opening side edge surfaces 29, 30 of lateral wall parts 20, 24 situated at both sides of each continuous latch parts 13, 14 can be fitted and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe material 12 and adjacent opening side lateral ends 26, 27 of respective latch metal fittings 15, 16 and latch metal fittings 17, 18 are coupled by coupling parts 31, 32 formed with openings 33, 34 for weldment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】隣り合う足場部材の高さを同じにできる支柱側緊結装置及びこれを用いた支柱を提供する。【解決手段】支柱10のパイプ材12に取付け固定された支柱側緊結装置11は、パイプ材12の同じ高さ位置の円周部で、0度及び90度位置に取付け固定可能な第1、第2の掛止金具15、16を連結した連続掛止部13と、180度及び270度位置に取付け固定可能な第3、第4の掛止金具17、18を連結した連続掛止部14を有し、掛止金具15~18の側壁部20、21、23、24の開口側両端部25~28間の幅は、パイプ材12の外周面に向けて徐々に縮小し、各連続掛止部13、14の両側に位置する側壁部20、24の開口側先端面29、30がパイプ材12の外周面に取付け固定可能で、掛止金具15、16と掛止金具17、18のそれぞれの隣り合う開口側端部26、27は、溶接用開口部33、34が形成された連結部31、32で連結されている。【選択図】図1
