To realize a frame material for a window frame, which can effectively prevent a through hole from becoming a passage for flames, hot air, or the like, even when a heating foam material cannot be arranged so as to face the through hole.SOLUTION: Inside a glass groove 20a, a heating foam material 82 whose plate thickness direction is aligned with a longitudinal direction of the glass groove 20a is fixed via a mounting bracket 83. The mounting bracket 83 is made of a metal plate and has a crank shape, and includes: a fixed plate portion 85 that is mechanically fixed to the bottom of the glass groove 20a; a support plate portion 86 that supports the heating foam material 82; and a regulating plate portion 87 for regulating a foaming direction of the heating foam material 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
