To provide a buffer body for buffering an inter-building collision between adjacent buildings and a buffer structure for the inter-building collision using the same.SOLUTION: A foam cushioning material 1 for inter-building collision, which cushions inter-building collision caused by shaking between adjacent first and second buildings, is provided with a foam cushioning plate 2.
