MAINTAINED FLOW-RATE ADJUSTMENT METHOD AND MAINTAINED FLOW-RATE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM
To provide a maintained flow-rate adjustment method with which water intake amount for hydroelectric power generation can be increased while ensuring the maintained flow-rate when taking in water from the water intake gate for hydroelectric power generation at the dam and discharging the maintained flow-rate from the discharge gate to the downstream side of the dam.SOLUTION: A maintained flow-rate adjustment method includes a cut-off weir 3 of a dam 2, a hydroelectric power generation water intake gate 4 that takes in water used in a hydroelectric power generation facility 13 located far from the dam 2, a discharge gate 5 for discharging water to a downstream side 12 of the dam 2 and a sand discharge gate 6 provided in the cutoff weir 3, and includes a sand discharge gate opening process of increasing the opening of the sand discharge gate 6 at desired intervals until the sum F of a discharge amount F1 from the discharge gate 5 and a discharge amount F2 from the sand discharge gate 6 reaches a maintenance flow-rate M when a water level L falls below a water level L0, when water is taken in from the water intake gate 4 for hydroelectric power generation and discharged to the downstream side 12 from the discharge gate 5 and when the water level L of the dam 2 required to secure the maintained flow-rate M on the downstream side 12 is the water level L0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ダムにおいて水力発電用取水ゲートから取水しつつ、放流ゲートからダムの下流側に維持流量を放流する場合に、維持流量を確保しつつ水力発電用の取水量を多くすることができる維持流量調整方法を提供する。【解決手段】ダム2の止水堰3と、このダム2から遠方に位置する水力発電設備13で用いる水を取り込む水力発電用取水ゲート4と、ダム2の下流12側に水を放流する放流ゲート5と、止水堰3に設けられる排砂ゲート6と、を備え、水力発電用取水ゲート4から取水しつつ、放流ゲート5から下流12側に放流する場合で、かつ下流12側における維持流量Mの確保に必要なダム2の水位Lが水位L0である場合に、水位Lが水位L0を下回った際に、放流ゲート5からの放流量F1と排砂ゲート6からの放流量F2の合算値Fが維持流量Mに達するまで所望ずつ排砂ゲート6の開度を大きくする排砂ゲート開動工程を備える維持流量調整方法による。【選択図】図1
