OUTER WALL MOUNTING TOOL OF BUILDING AND OUTER WALL STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
To provide an outer wall mounting tool of a building and an outer wall structure of a building capable of maintaining fireproof performance of a building, by stably holding an outer wall material while suppressing heat transmission in outward/inward directions.SOLUTION: An outer wall mounting tool includes a screw 20 and a mounting metal fitting 30. The mounting metal fitting 30 supports an outer wall panel, and is mounted on a substrate material by the screw 20. A pressing wall 401 of the mounting metal fitting 30 is arranged so as to sandwich a heat insulation material between itself and the substrate material by being pressed toward the heat insulation material by a screw head 20H. An upper panel engagement part 402A supports a peripheral edge part of the outer wall panel. A metal fitting cover 50 restricts, in cooperation with the screw 20, the outer wall panel supported by the upper panel engagement part 402A moving to the inside by being engaged with the screw 20 further on the outside than the heat insulation material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】内外方向における熱の伝わりを抑制しつつ外壁材を安定して保持することで、建築物の防火性能を維持することが可能な建築物の外壁取付用具および建築物の外壁構造を提供する。【解決手段】外壁取付用具は、ねじ20と、取付金具30とを有する。取付金具30は、外壁パネルを支持するとともに、ねじ20によって下地材に装着される。取付金具30の押圧壁401は、ねじ頭20Hによって断熱材に向かって押圧されることで下地材との間で断熱材を挟むように配置される。上パネル係合部402Aは、外壁パネルの周縁部を支持する。金具カバー50は、断熱材よりも外側においてねじ20と係合することで上パネル係合部402Aに支持された外壁パネルが内側に移動することをねじ20と協同して規制する。【選択図】図6
