UNIT CONNECTION FITTING
To provide a unit connection fitting that can vertically and smoothly connect and unify building units of hexahedron shape and smoothly release the connected state.SOLUTION: A unit connection fitting fitted to building units 10 consists of a first connection fitting 21 comprising a fixing-purposed lock opening 21c, a second connection fitting 22 comprising a fixing-purposed lock opening 22c, and a fixing bolt member 23. When the building units 10 are vertically stacked for erection, a superposing plate part 21b of the first connection fitting 21 and a superposing plate part 22b of the second connection fitting 22 are put together for the fixing-purposed lock openings 21c, 22c formed on them to coincide with each other. Then, the fixing bolt members 23 are simultaneously inserted and tightened in a detachable manner in both the coinciding fixing-purposed lock openings 21c, 22c, thereby enabling the vertically stacked building units 10 to be joined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】六面体形状を備える建物ユニットを、スムーズに上下方向に接合して一体化できると共に、接合状態をスムーズに解除できるユニット接合用金物を提供する。【解決手段】建物ユニット１０取り付けられる、固定用係止開口２１ｃを有する第１接合金物２１と、固定用係止開口２２ｃを有する第２接合金物２２と、固定ボルト部材２３とを含んで構成される。建物ユニット１０を上下に連設して設置する際に、第１接合金物２１の重合せプレート部２１ｂと第２接合金物２２の重合せプレート部２２ｂとを重ね合わせると共に、これらに形成された固定用係止開口２１ｃ，２２ｃを合致させて、合致させた双方の固定用係止開口２１ｃ，２２ｃに固定ボルト部材２３を着脱可能に同時に挿入して締着することによって、上下に連設する建物ユニット１０を接合できるようになっている。【選択図】図２
