SCOURING PREVENTION STRUCTURE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SCOURING PREVENTION STRUCTURE
To provide a scouring prevention structure that can be constructed in a short period of time and that can efficiently suppress scouring, and a construction method of the scouring prevention structure.SOLUTION: A scouring prevention structure 1h comprises: a monopile 4; a water-impermeable coating body 7b having a hole 73 through which the monopile 4 penetrates and disposed at an outer periphery of the monopile 4 with a gap 14 from the monopile 4; and a deformable filter unit 6d that contacts a surface of the monopile 4 so as to block a ground 2 of a water bottom 3 in the gap 14 and can follow swinging of the monopile 4. A plurality of through holes 10b are provided in the vicinity of an outer periphery of the coating body 7b. The scouring prevention structure 1h is constructed by steps of: installing the coating body 7b on the water bottom 3; driving the monopile 4 so as to penetrate the ground 2 of the water bottom 3 in the hole 73 of the coating body 7b; and arranging the filter unit 6d around the monopile 4 so as to close the gap 14 and bring the same into contact with a side face 41 of the monopile 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
