To provide a locking handle capable of improving the design.SOLUTION: The locking handle includes: a handle body extending in a longitudinal direction; and a rotary shaft that extends in an axis direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and protrudes from the handle body to one side in the axis direction. The handle body has a rotary shaft area provided with a rotary shaft and an operating area located away from the rotary shaft area in the longitudinal direction and in which the locking operation is performed. The handle body includes: a primary molded part molded using a first resin material; and a secondary molded part that is molded using a second resin material and that covers at least the operation area of the primary molded part over the entire circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
