FITTING STRUCTURE OF DOOR OPENING AND CLOSING STATE DETECTOR
To provide a fitting structure of a door opening and closing state detector, capable of detecting a door switch state with high accuracy even in the case where there are a variation and a fluctuation in a door position in a closing state.SOLUTION: A detector 4 for detecting an opening and a closing state of a door for opening and closing an open surface of a housing, is attached to the vicinity of an open surface of the housing, by a fitting tool 7 and a pair of pressing tools 8 to a direction where a front surface 53 of a case 5 is opposite to the door in a closing state. In the detector 4 for detecting the opening and closing state, a magnet, a yoke, a micro switch, and a spring are housed in the case 5. The detector is provided so as to change a switch, when the door constructed by a magnetic body is closed, and the door is magnetic attracted to the front surface 53 of the case 5, the door is opened, and the door is separated from the front surface 53 of the case 5. The case 5 is attached to the housing so as to enable the movement to a direction (an arrow M direction) orthogonal to the open surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】閉状態での扉位置にばらつきや変動がある場合でも、扉の開閉状態を精度よく検出できる扉開閉状態検出器の取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】筐体の開口面を開閉する扉の開閉状態を検出する検出器4は、ケース5の正面53が閉状態の扉と対向する向きで、取付具7と一対の押さえ具8によって筐体の開口面近傍に取り付けられている。扉開閉状態検出器4は、ケース5内に磁石、ヨーク、マイクロスイッチ、バネが収納されたものであり、磁性体で構成された扉が閉じられてケース5の正面53に扉が磁気吸着する際、及び、扉が開かれて扉がケース5の正面53から離れる際にスイッチが切り替えられるように設けられている。ケース5は、開口面に直交する方向(矢印M方向)に移動可能に筐体に取り付けられている。【選択図】図7
