To provide a resting room capable of restricting a disruption of sleep of users.SOLUTION: A resting room 1 comprises a light source (including a first lighting tool 71 and a second lighting tool 72) having a lighting control function, a light source wall surface 11g4 where the light source is provided, a lateral wall surface (a first lateral wall surface 11g1) which is vertical to the light source wall surface 11g4 and is a surface along an optical axis of the light source and a radiation wall surface (at least a second lateral wall surface 11g2) to which the light emitted from the light source is applied. When the light source emits the light, a brightness of a central part of the lateral wall surface is lower than the brightness at a position of the radiation wall surface (a first position P1) having an angle 35° of an acute angle between the lateral wall surface and a straight line from the central part of the lateral wall surface to the radiation wall surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】利用者の睡眠を妨げてしまうことを抑制することができる休憩室を提供する。【解決手段】休憩室1は、調光機能を有する光源(第1照明器具71および第2照明器具72を含む)と、光源が設けられる光源壁面11g4と、光源壁面11g4に対して垂直な関係にあり、光源の光軸に沿った面である側壁面(第1側壁面11g1)と、光源が出射した光が照射される照射壁面(少なくとも第2側壁面11g2)とを備える。そして、光源が光を出射したときにおいて、側壁面の中央部の輝度は、側壁面と側壁面の中央部から照射壁面を結ぶ直線との鋭角の角度が35°となる照射壁面の位置(第1位置P1)における輝度よりも低い。【選択図】図5
