COVERING MATERIAL FIXING PIN
To provide a covering material fixing pin capable of securely and elastically fixing and holding a covering material with a predetermined thickness to a substrate.SOLUTION: On a base 12 attached to a substrate, a plurality of needle-shaped insertion portions 14 inserted in a heat insulation material 20 to fixedly hold the heat insulation material 20, is radially arranged in a form raising upward from the base 12 and curving outward to extend out. A fixing pin 10 is configured to converge tip end parts of the plurality of needle-shaped insertion portions 14 by a restriction ring 16 so as to come close to each other. When the plurality of needle-shaped insertion portions 14 converted by the restriction ring 16 of the fixing pin 10 is inserted in the heat insulation material 20, by releasing the regulation of the needle-shaped insertion portions 14 by the restriction ring 16, the plurality of needle-shaped insertion portions 14 can be inserted in the heat insulation material 20 while expanding, thereby fixing the heat insulation material 20 to the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下地に対して所定厚さの被覆材をしっかりと弾性的に固定、保持することの出来る被覆材固定ピンを提供する。【解決手段】下地に対して取り付けられるベース12に、断熱材20内への差込みによって断熱材20を固定的に保持する針状挿入部14の複数を、ベース12から上方に立ち上がり、更に外方に湾曲して延び出してなる形態において放射状に配設し、それら複数の針状挿入部14の先端側部位が、相互に接近するように拘束リング16によって集束せしめるようにして固定ピン10を構成し、かかる固定ピン10の拘束リング16にて集束された複数の針状挿入部14が断熱材20に差し込まれる際に、拘束リング16による針状挿入部14の規制が解除されるようにして、それら複数の針状挿入部14が拡開されつつ断熱材20内に差し込まれ得るようにし、断熱材20が下地に固定されるようにした。【選択図】図1
