BLENDING DESIGN METHOD OF FLUIDIZED SOIL
To provide a blending design method of fluidized soil in which cement and steel slag as solidification materials are used, allowing acquisition of the optical amount of the solidification material for the optical blending ratio of the steel slag corresponding thereto.SOLUTION: In a blending design method of fluidized soil in which at least a part of cement used as a solidification material is replaced with steel slag, an amount of the solidification material to the target value of a uniaxial compressive strength is determined with a replacement ratio of 70% of the steel slag as a reference replacement ratio. The replacement ratio of the steel slag of 60-75% can be used for the blending design. The blending design method is desirably applied in a range of exceeding 65 kg/m3 of the amount of the solidification material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】固化材としてセメントと鉄鋼スラグを使用した流動化処理土において、鉄鋼スラグの最適な配合割合において、これに対応する最適な固化材の量を得ることができるようにする。【解決手段】固化材として使用するセメントの少なくとも一部を鉄鋼スラグに置換した流動化処理土の配合設計方法であって、前記鉄鋼スラグの置換率が70%を標準置換率として、一軸圧縮強さの目標値に対する固化材の量を決定する。また、前記鉄鋼スラグの置換率を60~75%として配合設計を行ってもよい。かかる配合設計方法は、前記固化材の量が65kg/m3を超える範囲において適用するのが好ましい。【選択図】図1
