To obtain a photovoltaic power generation device capable of suppressing generation of lift force.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation system 10 comprises: a solar panel 14; a mount 16 that is placed on an installation surface 12 and below the solar panel 14 to support the solar panel 14 in a horizontal or inclined position; and wind direction modification means 24, 26, 28 that are located away from the outer periphery of the solar panel 14 and that receive wind flowing toward the solar panel 14 to suppress lift force acting on the solar panel 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
