To suppress reduction in strength of concrete laid and leveled on a construction object road surface.SOLUTION: A concrete laying and leveling device 100 is provided with a frame 200, a traveling device 300 for traveling the frame 200, a first screed 400 and a second screed 500 attached to the frame 200, and a vibration device 600 attached to the first screed 400 positioned at the forefront in the traveling direction of the frame 200 out of the first screed 400 and the second screed 500. Here, the first screed 400 and the second screed 500 extend in the left-right direction concerning the traveling direction of the frame 200 and are disposed at positions separated from each other in the traveling direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
