ASSEMBLY METHOD OF WOODEN COLUMN FRAMEWORK OUTER WALL CONSTRUCTION PANEL
To simplify a conventional building method by a wooden column framework conventional construction method, and to provide a product with strong external walls and uniform quality through factory manufacturing.SOLUTION: In an assembly method of wooden framework outer wall construction panel, there provided are outer wall panels having columns, reinforcing columns, a framework, and an outer wall. The columns of the outer wall panel are installed on a base, reinforcing columns of other outer wall panels are attached to the columns of the outer wall panel, and an outer wall is completed by repeating the processes. The outer wall panels are manufactured in a factory, transported to a construction site, and assembled. This will make it easier to reduce an amount of work done by specialists on-site, which will help eliminate shortage of specialists and lead to shorter construction periods and lower costs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木造柱軸組在来工法による在来の建て方を簡素化して、工場製作により耐力な外壁と品質の均一な製品を提供する。【解決手段】柱と添え柱と軸組と外壁を有する外壁パネルを備え、土台に前記外壁パネルの柱を設置し、他の外壁パネルの添え柱を前記外壁パネルの柱に取付け、その繰り返しの建て方により外壁を完成させる木造軸組み外壁張りパネル組立て工法。前記外壁パネルは、工場で作られ、建築現場に輸送し、組立てられる。それによって、現場での専門職の工事を減らす事を容易にし、専門職不足の解消につなげ工期の短縮及びコストダウンにつなげる。【選択図】 図１
